These terms govern your use of Lottery Sambad Result at https://lottery-sambad.net (the "website"). By accessing or using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
The website is operated by Dhaval Prajapati ("we", "us", "our"). These terms take effect on 2026-08-16.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing lottery result information, and any participation in a lottery, is lawful where you are. Lotteries are prohibited in several Indian states and in many countries. We make no representation that this website or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
2. Nature of the service
We publish lottery results and related general information. We do not sell lottery tickets, conduct or organise any draw, accept wagers, hold stakes, pay prizes or process claims. We are not an agent, distributor or representative of any lottery authority. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
3. No warranty on results
Results are published for convenience and general information only. We do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, current or error-free.
The official result gazette issued by the organising state government is the sole authoritative record. Every prize claim is determined against that document. No claim, right or entitlement of any kind arises from information displayed on this website, and where our content differs from the official gazette, the gazette prevails absolutely.
You agree to verify any result against the official gazette before acting on it, and in particular before discarding a ticket.
4. Permitted use
You may view the website and check results for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may download official result PDFs for that purpose.
5. Prohibited use
You must not:
- copy, scrape, mirror, republish, redistribute or systematically extract our content, in whole or in substantial part, for any commercial purpose;
- use automated tools to access the website in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- present yourself as connected with, or authorised by, this website or any lottery authority;
- use the website or our name to solicit money, sell tickets, offer prediction or "guaranteed win" services, or otherwise deceive anyone;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or introduce malicious code;
- use the website for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, or to encourage participation in a lottery where that is prohibited;
- remove, obscure or alter any notice of ownership or attribution.
6. Intellectual property
The design, layout, original written content, structure and code of this website belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Winning numbers are matters of public fact and are not claimed as our property. Official result gazettes are documents of the respective state governments and rights in them remain with those governments; we host copies solely to help the public access them.
"Lottery Sambad", "Dear Lottery", "Nagaland State Lottery", "Sikkim State Lottery" and similar names are used descriptively to identify the draws we report. All rights in those names belong to their respective owners, and no claim of ownership or association is made.
If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, please write to info@lottery-sambad.net with details of the material and your rights in it. We investigate every notice and remove infringing material promptly where a complaint is substantiated.
7. Third-party content, links and advertising
The website contains links to third-party sites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for that content, its accuracy, or the practices of those third parties. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement. Any dealings with a third party are solely between you and them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, income, savings, data or opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of the website. This includes, without limitation, loss arising from:
- an inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or missing result;
- a ticket discarded, retained or presented in reliance on our content;
- any decision to purchase or not to purchase a lottery ticket;

- the acts, omissions or content of any third party, including advertisers and linked sites.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees), reflecting that the service is provided to you free of charge.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to the website and to these terms

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable right you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the website.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the details of our Grievance Officer are set out below. You may contact the Grievance Officer about any complaint concerning content on this website or its operation.
