This policy explains what personal data Lottery Sambad Result collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal padding.
The short version: you can check a lottery result here without giving us anything. We only hold personal data if you choose to write to us.
1. Who we are
Dhaval Prajapati operates this website and is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.
2. What we collect
When you just read the site
Nothing that identifies you personally. No account, no login, no registration. Our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) which are used to keep the site running and to investigate faults or abuse.
When you contact us
Your name, email address and whatever you write in your message. We use these only to reply to you and to resolve the matter you raised.
Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics to understand which pages are used and how the site performs, and we may display third-party advertising. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and may collect device and browsing information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we ask for it before they are set.
3. Why we process it
- To provide the website: serving pages and result PDFs.
- To reply to you: answering questions and correcting errors you report.
- To keep the site secure: detecting abuse, spam and attacks.
- To improve the site: aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.
- To meet legal obligations: including grievance handling under Indian law.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data. Not to anyone, at any price.
- We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
- We do not ask for financial details, bank information, PAN or Aadhaar. If a message claiming to come from us asks for these, it is a fraud.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. This site is not intended for children.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site, such as hosting, form handling, analytics and advertising partners, and only as far as needed for those functions. We may also disclose data where required by law or a valid order of a court or authority.
6. How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Third-party services retain data under their own schedules.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, correct or complete inaccurate data, erase data we no longer need, or withdraw consent you previously gave. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Non-essential cookies, including those used for analytics and advertising, are set only where permitted. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some third-party features may not.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, which is one reason we deliberately collect as little as possible.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The revised version takes effect when published here and the date at the top changes.
