If a result on this site looks wrong, tell us straight away. Include the date, the draw time and the prize tier. We check every report against the official gazette and treat genuine errors as urgent. Please do not discard a ticket on the strength of what this website shows. Verify against the official PDF first.

• We cannot process prize claims. Claims go to the state lottery directorate or an authorised bank, with your original ticket. We have no role in that process and cannot check, verify or speed up a claim.
• We do not sell tickets and cannot help you buy one. Dear Lottery is sold only through licensed physical counters.
• We cannot tell you whether you have won. Check your number against the official PDF on the relevant result page.
• We will never ask you for money, bank details or an OTP. If someone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for any of those, it is a fraud. Please report it to us and to your local police cyber cell.
