Response time
We read every message. Result corrections are handled the same day whenever the report reaches us before midnight. Other messages are usually answered within one to two working days. We do not operate a phone helpline.
Before you write
- Result missing? The winner list appears within minutes of the draw closing, so refresh the home page once.
- Number looks wrong? Send the draw date, draw time and prize row so we can check the official document.
- Old result? Tell us the exact date and the draw time and we will point you to the archive entry.
- Claiming a prize? Contact the state lottery directorate or the agent who sold the ticket. We cannot process claims.
Important. We never ask anyone for money, bank details, one time passwords or identity documents. We do not sell lottery tickets and we cannot pay prize money. If somebody contacts you claiming to be from this website and asks for a fee to release a prize, it is fraud. Do not pay, and report it to your local cyber crime unit.
